Songs are a good way to learn a foreign language. I carefully selected a dozen of Chinese songs for my class.
Here are the principles of selecting the songs:
1. The melody and the lyrics are beautiful.
2. The artists' Chinese pronunciation is standard Mandarin.
3. The lyrics is easy to understand.
4. Keep the content of the lyrics PG.
5. The songs are popular and contemporary.
6. Not too childish.
Students and parents are encouraged to lisent, learn and sing these songs as many times as possible. They don't have to be limited by the syllabus, instead, learn as many as possible, as fast as possible.
Here is a list of songs:
4. 旋木
